Project - Engineering and Project Management Services for laying New LPG Pipeline from HPCL Coastal Terminal to Mangalore LPG Import Facility. This comprises a new LPG pipe line of 20” diameter from Coastal Terminal to Mangalore LPG Import Facility in addition to the existing 12” dia line.  Enhancement of LPG Ship Discharge rate from the existing 250-300 MT/hour to 800 MT/hour of LPG500 MT/hr Propane Discharge.

Scope - Basic engineering, Process Design, Detailed engineering for procurements, construction works, services, Tendering & submission of price recommendations, Inspection, Material management, Project management services, Construction management/ supervision, pre-commissioning and commissioning for the NMPT-MLIF LPG Pipeline Project.

Project - Hiring EPMC services for new line SV STATION ON 6" SPUR LINE AT CH 10.00 (SV63 TO BHONDSI) & developing SV63 as TOT STATION 12" MAIN LINE LPG P/L.

Scope - EPMC services for developing New SV station on 6” spur line and developing SV63 as TOT station 12” main linLPG pipline.

Project & scope- PMC Services for Permanent Mitigation of Pipe Exposed in UND River.

Project - EPMC (Engineering & Procurement Management Consultant) for execution of job of Firewater Revamp at GAIL-Vijaipur, Jhabua & Hazira Locations.

Scope - Detail Engineering on the basis of existing piping network and inputs provided by GAIL and modification and augmentation of fire water system in terms of Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical and Civil jobs etc.

Preparation of detailed drawings / layout, Bill of Materials, Specifications, tender document for hiring services for execution, procurement of materials and execution of work, Preparation of cost estimates, Providing all field engineering & execution jobs, Inspection and Expediting during Job execution, Project Management Activities, Project close-out & handover to GAIL.

Project - Rate Contract for Project Management Consultancy Services For Misc Spur/Small Pipeline Projects and Inventory Creation.

Scope - Design & detailed engineering, planning & scheduling, Tendering & Ordering, Inspection / expediting of equipment / materials, management of construction stores and stores accounting in GAIL’s ERP system based on SAP, Construction Management & Supervision, Project Commissioning / Commissioning Assistance, Project Cost Control, Management & Monitoring.

Project - Rate contract for providing consultancy services on man-hour & man-month basis for a period of 2 years.

Scope -Preparation of DFR, FEED / Basic and Detailed Engineering package of pipeline network, Tendering and Procurement of all materials including pipes and fittings, Tendering for selection of pipeline laying consultant and other consultants for various other services. Expediting of Equipment/Materials, Appointment of Third Party Inspection agency, Construction Supervision, Testing and Project Commissioning

Project - AGCL Pipeline Projects at Khoraghat. 8”x 46 Kms from Urimghat to Golaghat. 8”x 5 Kms from Nambar GGS to Khoraghat GGS 6”x 50 Kms from Golaghat Town to Numaligarh.

Scope - Preparation of Detailed feasibility report including Risk Management of the project along with the detailed Risk analysis. The Risk Management Plan (RMP) & disaster management plan (DMP), Health & Safety, Basic and detailed engineering package of pipeline network, Preparation of tender document followed by work order for selection of contractor for environment clearance, Planning & Scheduling, Preparation of all tender documents for all purchases of materials including pipes as per approval of AGCL, Preparation of tender documents for selection of pipeline laying contractor, Expediting of equipment/Materials being manufactured by vendors including contractors supplied items, Appointment of third party Inspection agency, Management of Construction Stores and Stores Accounting, Construction & Supervision, Testing & Project Commissioning

Project - Adani-HMD Twin Pipelines Project. 16 Kms of 24”  pipeline for transportation of Naptha(PCN/Paraxylene(PX) and 8” pipeline for transportation of Ethylene Dichloride.(EDC).

Scope - Basic engineering including all process documents, engineering related to procurement of materials and equipment, procurement assistance, detailed engineering including issue of “Issued For Construction (IFC)” drawings and documents, field engineering required to support engineering related issues during construction, and as-built. documentation

Project - Consultancy Services for composite work of pipeline Laying and associated facilities for evacuation of gas from Suvali field-16” pipeline.

Scope - Engineering & Procurement, Residual / Detail design and Engineering.

 

Project - Project Management Services relating to the LNG Pipeline between the Dispatch Terminal at MLV – 13 on the East West Gas Pipeline of Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Limited.

Scope 

• Pipeline Hydraulic Study, Basic Engineering and Design for the Pipeline and the GRS, Line Sizing and Optimization.
• Development of Plot Plan, P&ID, Isometric Drawings, GAD and Fabrication Drawings, Crossing Drawings.
• Conducting Stress Analysis of Piping System considering Data Package Supplier.
• Review and approval of Design & Drawing of FG Skid (s), Telecom and SCADA Package.
• Preparation of Technical Specifications, Specifications and MTO for selection and engagement of Laying Contractor, CP Contractor, Telecom, SCADA Contractor and Erection Contractor (s) the other Equipment like GRS etc.
• Conducting HAZOP Study and incorporating recommendations brought out during the Study into the System.
• Provision of Guidance & Technical Inputs -- for the HDD or Micro Tunnelling details at the National Highway; during Soil Investigation on the Pipeline Route; for approval of the Statutory and Government Authorities like NHAI, PNGRB, Indian Explosives, etc. (including, where required, preparation & submission of required Documents and Drawings); for any Seismic Study, if required; for any other Statutory Approval(s) and Permission(s).
