VCS undertakes supplier capability assessment and supplier facility audits to evaluate the manufacturing capabilities, deployed production processes, quality control practices, competence of supervisory and quality control personnel to deliver the products with required quality and on time. As part of these assessments, VCS also conducts appraisal of logistics and associated procedures at supplier premise that has bearing on timeliness of deliveries. Such assessments followed by detailed reports submitted by our engineers help our clients to make appropriate decision to pre-qualify the vendor and their products.
