Scope -Capability & Capacity assessment including time study to manufacture API 5L X-70 PSL2 Grade pipes. The capability assessment for API 5L PSL2 X-70 Grade Line pipe including hydrostatic burst test and all first day production tests for the pilot production. The capacity assessment include time study for critical operations. The critical operations include de-coiling, flattening and longitudinal edges machining, body UT (plate/coil), continuous root welding, inside & outside welding and the weld groove tracking system, weld UT/Pipe body UT and coverage, heat treatment, mech. expansion, hydro testing, Weld UT, Bevel edge preparation, MPT of bevel edges & final inspection.
