VCS through its associates is in a position to offer advanced NDT services like INCOTEST, LRUT, TOFD, Phased array.
During the various shutdown assignments, VCS has conducted examination, non-destructive testing, and condition monitoring analysis in accordance with the relevant maintenance, inspection, rating and repair codes and standards.

The shutdown inspections undertaken by VCS involved the following inspection and condition review of columns, vessels, exchangers, air fin coolers, towers, drums, reactors, heat exchangers, condensers, fired heaters, boilers, piping and piping systems, pressure relieving safety devices involving non-destructive examinations and metallurgy, thermography, welding procedure specification (WPS), procedure qualification record (PQR) and welding performance qualification (WPQ).
